What to Expect

Clear, supportive first visit experience delivered in the comfort of your home

What Happens During a Home Visit?

We follow a clear, structured process that ensures every visit is thorough, predictable, and patient-centered.

Arrival & Setup

Your provider arrives at your home with all necessary wound-care supplies and equipment. We greet you, confirm your information, and set up a clean treatment area.

Evaluation & Treatment

We assess your wound(s), overall health changes, circulation, pain levels, swelling, signs of infection, and home environment challenges. Procedures are done using sterile techniques.

Education & Care Guidance

We give you and your caregivers clear instructions including how to protect the wound between visits, warning signs to look for, and when to call us with concerns.

Documentation & Coordination

We update home-health nursing teams, primary care providers, specialists, and family members. You never have to worry about fragmented communication.
